Riorson’s Relic

Forged by my hands at Underhill’s Forge, this piece is a direct manifestation of the shadows. Designed for the rider who values an edge that is as ancient as it is lethal, this 5.5-inch dagger is built around a core of high-carbon steel clad in antique wrought iron. The resulting San Mai construction creates a smoky, layered grain that mimics the movement of shadows spilling across the blade.

The blade features a precision hollow grind, measuring 1.5 inches at its widest point before tapering to a 1.25-inch waist, giving it an aggressive yet balanced profile. To complete the “Relic” aesthetic, the handle is fitted with custom chameleon honeycomb scales. Much like a shadow-wielder’s power, the handle is never static—shifting from deep blue to forest green and regal purple as it catches the light. It comes paired with a hand-fitted, black leather sheath featuring a dense skull-stamped pattern.
